| Competitor numbers are to be
worn and clearly displayed at all times. |

| Competitors must comply with all safety information. |
| |
| No Relay Teams are allowed, each team must
complete their own option. |
| |
| Safety approved Cycle helmets are compulsory
and must be worn at all times when cycling - No
Helmet—No Cycle! |
| |
| All competitors are required to register
on the day. |
| |
| Cyclists must follow the Highway and Outdoor
Access Code - Please be aware of other Road Users. |
| |
| You must not deviate from the official route
and remain part of the event. |
| |
| Be aware of other cyclists and enable faster
cyclists to pass you. |
| |
| You are requested to ride in single file
where appropriate and no more than 2 abreast at any time. |
| |
| We strongly recommend that all competitors
have their bikes serviced before the event to ensure that it
is in a suitable condition to complete the 2-day event. |
| |
| We would recommend that you carry inner tubes
and a pump for any punctures. Competitors will be responsible
for any on the road repairs. |
| |
| You must obey the traffic officers and authorised
marshals at all times, failure to do so will result in disqualification. |
| |
| All competitors will be provided with a route
card and emergency contact numbers. |
| |
| You may not use your mobile phone while riding.
You must stop at the side of the road if you need to make or
receive a call. |
| |
| The Organiser will endeavour to provide every
participant with a finish time but is not responsible for any
electronic timing anomalies. |
| |
| No bicycle, tandem or other machine, conventional
or otherwise, is permitted to have unconventional handlebars
including triathlon bars, aero bars, clip-ons, prayer bars,
and cow bars. |

| The Event Organisers reserve the right to
alter or amend the rules and route as circumstances dictate
and their decision on any event related matter is final. |
